A MALVERN pre-school has been shortlisted for a national award for the ‘most outstanding committee-led pre-school’.
Swans and Cygnets Pre-school has also been celebrating its recent ‘good’ ofsted report.
The school, based on the same site as St Joseph’s Primary School, takes children from two years old until they start school.
Manager Judi Gallichan said: “We are very happy with the outcome of our inspection.
“We know we do our best for all the children but it is good to have evidence of this.”
Mary Taylor, chair of the managing committee, added: “All three of my children have attended Swans and Cygnets and have thrived. The staff plan wonderful activities with just the right amount of guidance to help the children reach their potential.”
