EXCITEMENT is building as thousands of classic Morgan cars are set descend on Malvern later this month for a spectacular show.

The Run For The Hills 2017 event, which will be held at Three Counties Showground on Saturday, August 26 and Sunday, August 27, will see the biggest get-together of Morgans since the company celebrated its 100th birthday in 2009.

Morgan Motors and the Morgan Sports Car Club have teamed up for the show which promises two days of live entertainment as well as themed events, trade stands and much more.

There will also be tours of the Pickersleigh Road-based factory where attendees can explore the 108-year-old history of the family-owned business.

A gala dinner will also be on offer and the weekend will be completed with the English Symphony Orchestra who will be headlining the Morgan Prom Spectacular.

The event will end with a bang with a firework display in the foreground of the picturesque Malvern Hills.

“We are now just a few weeks away for the Run for the Hills event,” said Morgan’s managing director Steve Morris.

“We are welcoming thousands of Morgan owners and fans from over 20 countries around the world to join us here in Malvern, the home of Morgan for 108 years.

“As well as many Morgan attractions at the show, there is also lots more on offer for the whole family to enjoy.

“We want as many local residents to join us at the event.”

A range of ticket and accommodation packages are available including single day tickets, gala dinner tickets, weekend tickets and concert tickets.
