A prolific shoplifter who has been targeting shops in Evesham and Upton has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) which runs for two years.
Fjodors Krivjonoks, 30, of no fixed abode, has been banned from seven retail premises in the town and another in Upton-upon-Severn.
The CBO lasts until March 8, 2026 and the conditions bar Krivjonoks from entering the following stores:
- Tesco Express, Cheltenham Road, Evesham
- Tesco, Worcester Road, Evesham, including the petrol station
- Home Bargains, Riverside Shopping Centre, Evesham
- Home Bargains, Sinclair Retail Park, St Richards Road, Evesham
- Spar, Upton-upon-Severn
- Waitrose, Merstow Green, Evesham
- One Stop Shop, High Street, Evesham
- Just For Pets, Swan Lane, Evesham
Police constable Matt Beards of Evesham Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “Krivjonoks’ prolific shoplifting has led to this two-year CBO which we hope will protect retailers and the public from further criminality from this individual.
“We hope these restrictions will reassure businesses and the community that we take such offences very seriously and will take appropriate action where necessary.”
