Malvern Editorial 12th Apr, 2024   0

FOUR SUSPECTS were in custody within 30 minutes of a 999 call about a burglary which was carried out in Malvern.

Raiders struck in the early hours of yesterday morning (Thursday) at the property in Church Road.

A car had been stolen from the driveway – that was recovered when the suspects were picked up during another burglary in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire.

Early this morning, all four suspects – who were from the West Midlands area – were charged with three counts of burglary and two vehicle thefts.

All suspects were remanded before appearing at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today.

They have been granted conditional bail pending their next hearings.

Police have urged residents who experience crimes in progress to call 999 straight away.
