THE NUMBER plates of a blue Land Rover parked outside Bellevue Terrace in Malvern were stolen.
The incident happened between 9am and 6.20pm on Friday when the car was parked on the roadside whilst the owner was at work.
Between the reported times, an unknown person by unknown means has removed both the front and rear registration plates.
No damage was caused to the car in the process.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “Tamper-proof number plate screws can be purchased from motoring stores.
“These can will help deter thieves.”
