Residents raise concerns about buses and potholes

Malvern Editorial 2nd Dec, 2013 Updated: 20th Oct, 2016   0

BUSES, potholes and business rates were among the hot topics raised by residents at a Malvern roadshow.

Councillors and senior officers from Worcestershire County Council spoke to residents during the Have Your Say event.

Council leader Adrian Hardman said: “With the financial challenge, we know we need to do things differently and these roadshows, now in their third year, are a fantastic way to listen to local people, answer any questions and provide advice including the many ways the voices of local people can be heard, for example through specific consultations or the Worcestershire Viewpoint.

“It is always fascinating to hear and understand what is of concern locally and at the Malvern roadshow a range of issues were raised from adult social care through to roads and bus services.”
