POLICE have moved to reassure residents that they are aware of the issue of ‘boy racers’ in Malvern.
Malvern’s Link and Dyson Safer Neighbourhood Team say they have been made aware of several reports of the problem around Malvern Retail Park and Malvern Link and have been carrying out patrols to catch possible offenders.
The police have yet to catch offenders in the area, fearing that problem drivers will only operate when there is no police presence.
They have also urged anyone who sees ‘boy racers’ or anyone causing problems to note down any number plates where possible and pass them onto police.
