MYSTERY surrounds a crash which saw a white BMW plough into the wall and railings at Great Malvern Cemetery.
It is thought the incident in Madresfield Road happened earlier today.
The position of the car – halfway through the boundary wall and railings – suggest heavy impact.
Charles Porter, operations manager at Malvern Hills Town Council, said: “We don’t know what happened.
“We were all away from that area at other parts of the site.
“My colleague came up to me and said: ‘Do you like BMWs?’ I said: ‘Why?’ He said: ‘There’s one parked on our wall.’
“We have now left it in the hands of the insurance company.”

A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “Officers were deployed to the crash at the cemetery wall and an investigation is now on going.”
And he confirmed there were no reports of any injuries.
