Slow worm turns up

Malvern Editorial 16th Apr, 2015 Updated: 20th Oct, 2016   0

THIS picture shows a legless lizard found during a litter pick on the Malvern Hills.

Rich Vale, a Malvern Hills Conservators warden, came across the slow worm during the work last Thursday (April 2).

The cold-blooded creature hibernates from October to March and found an unusual sunny sport on a Ribena bottle.
