THE MET Office has warned strong winds are to hit Malvern today (Tuesday).
Gusts of 40 to 50mph are expected while gusts close to 60mph are to gather over the hills where heavy rain showers occur.
Residents have been warned to expect travel disruption due to potentially uprooted trees.
Police had been called to Wyche Road earlier this morning to deal with a tree which had blocked motorists.
