Three men to appear in court after being charged in connection with Great Witley petrol station robbery

THREE men have been charged following a robbery at a petrol station in Great Witley.

Brandon Lee Elsmore, 18, of St Anne’s Road, Wolverhampton, Ryan McGoldrick, 19, of Catisfield Crescent, Wolverhampton and Kane Cooper, 19, of Elmdon Road, Wolverhampton have been charged with robbery and possessing with intent supply cocaine.

The trio appeared at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday and will appear again on September 9.

The arrests are part of an ongoing investigation by West Mercia Police into a robbery at the Euro Garage on Worcester Road on Tuesday, 1 August at about 3am.




At the time the Observer reported two men wearing masks had allegedly threatened a staff member with a crowbar before demanding cigarettes and money.

The member of staff was uninjured but left shaken by the incident.


Anyone with information is urged to call the police on 101 and quote incident number 61 of August 1.
