TWO PEOPLE are being quizzed by police after a drugs raid in Malvern this morning.
The swoop happened in Pickersleigh with Upton and Kempsey Safer Neighbourhood Teeam officers supported by the Task Force team.
The Task Force team is specially trained to gain entry to properties quickly before any evidence can be disposed of and West Mercia Police Dogs were also enlisted.
Several seizures were made and two people were arrested. They are set to be interviewed.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said:”We would encourage anyone who witnesses any behaviour that they believe to be drug dealing in their neighbourhood, to contact the police and report it.
“It is often as a result of intelligence from the public that police are able to apply to the courts for a warrant and act upon that intelligence.”
People can report suspected drug-dealing in their area by visiting westmercia.police.uk/report or by calling 101.
