TWO CHOIRS will unite for a performance at 5pm on Sunday, July 9, at Holy Trinity Church Malvern, writes Daisy Dillon.
Holy Trinity’s own choir and Malvern Link choir will sing a choral Evensong, with choirmasters Peter Johnson and Charles Pavey sharing conducting.
Colin Willis, an organ scholar at Bangor Cathedral who recently finished his masters in composition, will also be performing.
Pieces will include his own Organ Sonata and one from JS Bach to finish.
A Holy Trinity Church spokesperson said: “The choir at Holy Trinity sings a service of choral evensong annually and this is the second year in which we have joined forces with the choir from Malvern Link.
“It is, above all, a celebration of singing together by what will be a choir of significant size.”
