TWO men from Malvern have been found guilty of failing to comply with the conditions of their Community Protection Notice (CPN).
Stephen Evans, 61, from Edith Berry Court in Malvern and Nicholas Jordan, 43, from Pickersleigh Road in Malvern were issued fines at Worcester Magistrates Court last Friday (September 12) for their breaches.
A Community Protection Notice is something issued to someone who’s behaviour is causing a significant impact to other sin the community.
The person will be issued with a community protection notice warning and if they fail to alter their behaviour, they will be issued with the full notice.
The notice has specific conditions that they have to comply with. Failure to comply can result in a variety of consequences including arrest, prosecution, seizure of property where relevant, further enforcement and fixed penalties.
Evans and Jordan were both issued with fines for their breaches at Worcester Magistrates Court.
