Two Malvern PCSO's receive royal honour for services to policing

Malvern Editorial 2nd Apr, 2024   0

TWO of Malvern’s longest serving police community support officers have been awarded the Kings Coronation Medal.

PCSO’s Karen Watson and Kevin Tudge are honoured to receive the royal recognition after patrolling the town’s streets for almost four decades.

Throughout their time they have helped countless people in the community with local concerns and quality of life issues.

With a wealth of experience, they both continue to make themselves available on the policing front line by carrying out both foot and cycle patrols, year in year out and in all weathers.

PCSO Watson said: “It is a privilege to serve the community of Malvern, we always look to help achieve a high level of service as part of the Malvern Police Team.”

“Having grown up in Malvern, I am proud to continue to serve the community and look forward to many more years of doing so,” PCSO Tudge added.
