UPDATE - Woman charged in connection with several Malvern shoplifting offences

Malvern Editorial 4th Mar, 2024 Updated: 4th Mar, 2024   0

A SUSPECT shoplifter arrested in Malvern has been charged.

Natalie Cull, of Madresfield Village, was arrested in Apple Orchard Close, Pickersleigh, on Sunday in connection with several thefts.

She was taken into custody.

It comes as Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Team said it wanted to show potential shoplifters and business owners that officers took retail crime extremely seriously and were working hard to bring offenders to justice.

“Retail crime has a negative impact on those working hard to earn an honest living, these offences can at times impact on their feelings of confidence and safety.

“We will continue to act promptly with offenders, to help keep our community safe.”

It comes just days after another prolific shoplifter – this time a man – was also arrested in Pickersleigh.
