A WOMAN from Upton-Upon-Severn is among two charged in a monkey torture case.
Adriana Orme, 55, of Upton-upon Severn and Holly LeGresley, 37, of Kidderminster have both been charged with publishing an obscene article and causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal.
The charges relate to causing, consuming and facilitating the torture of monkeys.
The women have been bailed to appear at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Sunday, May 7.
