VANDALS damaged a display and ripped out a water pipe at the Heritage Centre in Upton-upon-Severn.
They struck between 5.30pm on Wednesday and 10am on Thursday.
They then went on to rip out one of the large letters from a flower display.
Witnesses or anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
