A PUBLIC consultation will be held for residents to express their view on plans to demolish the former Malvern Community Hospital.
Proposals have been launched to flatten the Lansdowne Crescent site to pave the way for a new 50-bed care home but residents have come out against the building being knocked down.
Montpelier Estates has acquired the land, just off Church Road, but has said it would not be financially viable to develop the building – as it is – into the home.
The consultation will take place next Thursday (May 21) between 5pm and 7pm at Malvern Theatres on Grange Road.
