ST RICHARD’S Hospice is appealing for volunteers after it announced it is set to open its first clearance shop in Malvern.
The Hospice is reinventing its premises at 1B Court Road, Barnards Green, into its first clearance shop which will open at 9.30am on Tuesday, April 2.
It will then be open from 9.30am to 4.30pm from Tuesday to Saturday each week.
The shop will stock clothing, accessories, toys, books and bric-a-brac which have not sold at its 17 shops across the county.
All the items on sale will be available for reduced prices of £5 and under.
Dan Corns, Commercial Director at St Richard’s Hospice, said: “This shop will be all about sustainable shopping, prolonging the life of donated items and promoting reuse and recycling.
“It will also offer customers bargain price goods and a final chance to snap up some great items which have not yet caught the eye of shoppers in our other stores.
“As with all our shops, the funds raised by this store will help us continue to provide free care for patients with serious, progressive illnesses, their loved ones and bereaved people across the county.”
