A DRIVER was arrested after police tracked him town following a fuel theft in Malvern.
And when officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit pulled him over between Junctions 2 and 3 of the M42 he failed a roadside Drug Wipe test.
Then checks revealed he had no licence, no insurance and was wanted for five offences by Scottish police.
