A 50-YEAR-OLD woman has been arrested following a drugs raid in Malvern today.
Ten officers from Malvern, Worcester CID and HQ Task Force along with a dog unit descended on a property on Sherrards Green Road at 12.45pm today (Tuesday).
Police forced entry to the home and two people were immediately detained at the premises. One was released after been searched but the second, a 50-year-old female tenant at the property, was arrested on suspicion of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply.
A total of 28 small wraps of Class A drugs were recovered believed to be heroin and cocaine with an estimated street value of about £300.
The suspect was bailed until December 11 while police carry out further enquiries.
