NEXT weekend will see the return of Malvern Town Council’s Health and Wellbeing Fair.
From 11am to 5pm on Saturday, April 29, the Rose Bank Gardens will be host to the best of Malvern’s fitness, alternative and complimentary health and wellbeing, nutrition, and beauty practitioners.
There will be free therapies, advice and guidance covering a whole range of health-and-wellbeing-related topics.
With exhibitors including Great Malvern Yoga, Malvern Hills Acupuncture, Cecily’s Beauty, Tai Chi, Zumba, Shiatsu, Meditation, NHS Healthy Minds, Nutritionists, Reiki, Dowsing, and more there is something for everybody.
Worcestershire Vegans and Veggies will be manning a healthy food stall, and Lizzy Hughes from Our Lizzy will be offering vegan cooking demonstrations.
