Woman robbed in alley by teen girls

A WOMAN was robbed by two teenage girls as she was waking through an alley.

The incident happened between Cales Avenue and Leigh Sinton Road at around 1.30pm on Saturday, December 7.

The pair grabbed hold of the victim and demanded she hand over her wallet, which contained around £80, before running off towards Chase Avenue.

They were aged 14 to 15, around 5ft 4in and of slim build. One had long blonde hair and was wearing a white top, dark trousers and ballet pumps.




The other had brown hair tied up and was wearing white trainers, a dark top, dark leggings and fluorescent yellow gloves.

A girl arrested in connection with the offence has been released on police bail with inquiries continue.
