STAFF and residents at a Malvern care home put their best foot forward to raise money for Dementia UK.
Elgar Court joined their sister home, Latimer Court, with a tray of bacon sandwiches and snacks ready for their 12 mile walk back to their care home.
Joining them was one of Elgar Court’s resident’s Jenny Fletcher who walked part of the Malvern route with them,
The Barchester Care home in Worcester has so far raised over £600 for Dementia UK.
Sarah Cadwallader senior general manger at Elgar Court Care Home said: “At our home we care for a lot of people living with dementia and provide support for them and their families.
“We were delighted to be part of our Barchester Home Latimer Court fundraiser and support their amazing team of fundraising walkers.”
