Ryan Smith 13th May, 2022

RSPCA Worcester and Mid-Worcestershire will be holding their highly anticipated dog show this Sunday at The Holdings Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Kempsey.

The show will get underway at 10:30am, with judging beginning at 11am.

The show will feature 12 classes, including Best Puppy, Best Veteran, Waggiest Tail and Best Mixed Breed.

The winning dogs will be awarded rosettes and treat bags, which have been provided by Fish 4 Dogs.

The winner of Best in Show will also be given a Perfect Fit Harness that will be fitted and tailored to the dogs specifications right down to the colour.

Nigel Wood Photographs will be on hand to take a studio portrait of the pooches for their owners, while cat and dog themed goods from Ginger Cat Crafts will be available.

Worcestershire Wildlife Trust will be at the show throughout the day, and there will also be a rabbit care information stand.

There will also be a tombola and bric-a-brac on sale, with refreshments available all day.

All of the funds raised on the day will be used by the RSPCA to help fund the care of animals and animal welfare work in the community.

Entry to the dog show is on the day and it will be £2 per class to enter your pet. Field parking will cost £1.
