A MALVERN estate agents has scooped a national award for team of the year.
Staff at Nicol & Co team were crowned the winners in the Showhome 2024 awards. The company has offices in Worcester, Malvern and Droitwich.
The estate agent’s Land and New Home Team picked up the accolade for the way they offered end-to-end support to housebuilder clients, playing a vital part of developers’ teams.
Matt Nicol, managing director of Nicol & Co, said: “We’re thrilled to have picked up this national award.
“Yes, we sell homes, and we do that very well, but we also help developers of new-build properties at the earliest stages, working with them throughout projects to make sure we deliver what buyers are after.
“Our Land and New Home Team specialises in the niche area of new homes across Worcestershire.
The team assist with initial land assessment to property evaluation and eventual sales of the homes.
In the past year, Nicol & Co’s Land and New Home Team has helped the sale of 46 homes across various projects for high-profile clients like Spitfire Homes, Lioncourt Homes, Bromford Housing Association and Piper Homes, among others.

Other awards were given for woman of the year, charitable advocate of the year, innovation of the year, housebuilder of the year, new development of the year, showhome of the year and rising star.
