MALVERN will be looking to bounce back from their shock 41-19 defeat to Droitwich in the quarter-finals of the North Midlands Vase when they host Berkswell & Balsall in Midlands Two West (South) on Saturday.
The Spring Lane side were thumped by lower ranked county rivals Droitwich at the Glyn Mitchell Memorial Ground on Saturday.
Droitwich do, however, sit top of Midlands Three West (South) having won all 16 of their fixtures this campaign, whereas Malvern sit in seventh in Midlands Two West (South) – three positions and 17 points below Berkswell & Balsall.
The last time the two sides met in November, the Warwickshire outfit ran out 30-20 winners.
Meanwhile, Upton travel to Coventry on Saturday to take on Old Wheatleyans in Midlands Three West (South).
The Sports Field outfit go into the game on the back of a narrow 23-17 win over Old Leamingtonians and will be looking to do the double over their opponents, having won the reverse fixture 26-10 in November.
