COLWALL picked up a vital victory over promotion-chasing Worcester to boost their hopes of avoiding the drop zone in Worcestershire County League Division One.
Colwall opener Joseph Blight hit 56 as the hosts were limited to 208-8 from their allotted 50 overs.
Jabran Khalid (5-59) was pick of the bowlers for Worcester who were all out for 164 after 46 overs.
Bryn Evans (62) top scored while Nick Brown (3-29) and Ben Febery (3-24) did the damage with the ball.
Colwall are on the road to Bewdley on Saturday.
