MAJOR work to upgrade traffic lights on Church Street will stop temporarily on Friday, it has been announced.
Worcestershire County Council says the work will cease later this week to reduce congestion for Christmas shopping.
Work will then resume in the New Year before the project is completed.

Last week police officers warned motorists to avoid the area as much as possible because the works were causing traffic chaos at busy periods.
